Long Run Schedule

Hey Everyone! Week one of training is here. Like you, I'm feeling pretty good about this program. I'm hoping to shed those last "10-15" baby pounds! Having all of this support is keeping me motivated. I don't know if I can adhere to the pace times suggested right now (I'm not a "C" but not a "B"... I'm in between... a comfortable 10.5 per mile pace). I will adjust accordingly and push myself little by little...

Joe and I have worked on the long run locatation schedule and will post it shortly; so, if you want company on Sundays, someone from TEAM STANS will be at that location to help pass the miles (not to mention motivate you to get out of bed and stick to your commitment). Long Runs will get going at 9:00 AM. Check back soon for the schedule. It will be here before next Sunday... and hopefully we can all look forward to chatting about another EAGLES game : ) Go Birds!
