Cold and now snow

Hi Friends,

Ran 4 yesterday at 11 AM. 13 degrees. My usual partner wisely chose not too so I was solo. Not as bad as I thought. I did make two concessions however, a hat and long pants. Also, credit to my lovely wife, Mariann as she walked about 3 as I was running. Man her face was red.

Supposed to do 7 w/ Fiona at 9:30 this morning. MK has already bailed as he's a bit under the weather. We may have to adjust where and distance as time as I know the towpath holds snow for a long time. I know a good snow route from Washington's Crossing, PA across the bridge and through Titusville, NJ. We'll figure it out.

If anyone's interested, a bunch of my friends etc. are watching the Eagles game at Isaac's today. We're also going to do some sort of Eagles tribute at Bruce's grave before we head down. We'll try to keep it tasteful.

Have fun and go Eagles, thanks MLK (not for being assassinated, but for the day) and go Obama!

Ron

  1. I did my long run down the shore. Bill went with me. It was actually not that cold.

After the run, we had to get to our nephew's birthday party at Bounce U. We had a cardio workout there!!!!! I am exhausted.

Hope everyone enjoys their day off tomorrow.
