I'm with ya Mike! I typically run whenever I feel like it/whenever I have the time. Yesterday I went out and headed in no particualr direction. It ended up being 3.2 miles (yes, the .2 is important!). It was 27 degrees out and I actually felt pretty good. I didn't get out today, but tomorrow plan on doing a bigger loop, about 4+ miles. I have to admit, I am anxious about Broad Street...not about the distance, but moreso about being able to handle the masses of people in an unfamiliar situation. I've coached for 12 years and have run since I have been in 7th grade. I have to remind myself to follow what I have always coached my girls to do...hopefully my habits will also improve!
