Absolutely 8 Miles!!!

7.8, 8.3, a cool 8...whatever!!! As far as I am concerned it was 8 in Tyler with FIVE hills and that means we are all ready for Broad Street with a heck of a lot of time remaining! Way to go gang! See...I told you all - the long run on Friday is the way to go. Don't you feel great now? You can rest clear and easy for the next two days. Enjoy it, because it starts up again on Monday!

  3. It was actually a good time, and set the evening and weekend up very well. Good job by all.

Off to bike it now and get the official reading. And one more thing; looking at the picture, am I a giant or is everyone else real small?

  5. Sad to report, it's 7.2. I know where we went wrong. And honestly, I don't care. I still feel good and biked 20 today. Actually 20.06, but who's counting.

  7. We would need to run to north and back on the little trail to make a full 8. We missed that part!!!!!

  8. It's just wrong to measure. It's always less than you think. Like you said Lisa, if we add that trail part to the second light pole it would be exactly 8.

    Plenty of time.

  9. I can't believe it...I am so disappointed!!!! If we turned left before heading to the damn on the south side wouldn't that make it more than 8?
